Hare Kṛṣṇa.
Please accept our humble obeisances.
All glories to Śrīla Prabhupāda.
There is a deep and genuine need for community care within our society. Although we clearly recognize this responsibility, systematic and practical service in this field has remained limited. Careful observation reveals that each devotee faces unique circumstances shaped by age, gender, āśrama, and personal responsibilities. Naturally, their needs and challenges differ, and effective care must honor these distinctions.
Keeping this essential principle in mind, Vedavarsity is launching the “Community Care” Project—a sincere and structured initiative dedicated to serving devotees according to their individual situations. The Community Care project is designed to provide meaningful guidance, support, and care, thoughtfully aligned with each devotee’s stage of life and spiritual journey.
About Vedavarsity
Vedavarsity is a śāstric learning and devotional education initiative dedicated to helping devotees systematically study, understand, and apply the teachings of Bhagavad-gītā, Śrīmad Bhāgavatam, and other Vaiṣṇava scriptures in daily life, in full alignment with Guru, Sādhu, and Śāstra.
About the Vedavarsity Community Care Initiative
The Vedavarsity Community Care initiative is created to systematically nurture devotees through structured śāstric education, sādhana support, mentoring, and personal guidance. Devotees are supported according to their age, life stage, and responsibilities through dedicated Forums (Brigades), ensuring focused, relevant, and compassionate care.
This is not a small or symbolic effort. We are not speaking of reaching ten, fifty, or even a hundred devotees. Our vision through Community Care is to serve thousands of devotees across the world, in a sustainable and organized manner, while preserving the traditional Vaiṣṇava culture of responsibility, shelter, and mutual support.
