In the Vedic tradition, transcendental knowledge and sacred skills were never sold for a price. Education was imparted freely by the guru, and upon receiving such knowledge, the student would voluntarily offer guru-dakṣiṇā according to his means and gratitude. In this way, the disciple supported the teacher’s maintenance and expressed appreciation for the priceless gift of knowledge.

Vedavarsity follows this same time-honored system. It offers live courses, self-paced courses, level-wise śāstric education, relationship and spiritual coaching, and access to its library as a humble service to all Vaiṣṇavas and Vaiṣṇavīs, in alignment with Guru, Sādhu, and Śāstra. Students are invited to voluntarily offer dakṣiṇā through the links below, which will be used to maintain our websites, learning management systems, and essential administrative services. As described in the Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam, such offerings are an expression of gratitude for received knowledge and help sustain the proper transmission of Vedic wisdom in accordance with established siddhānta.
